Sunday in Hamburg !

Hello to all people on that earth. How do you like to start your day on that day ? I get my day started to have a coffee like everyday and than get a shower cleaning up my room and preparing for my day outside. I like workfree sunday's when i can decide on my own when i wake up  but usually i wake up eleven o'clock latest. Than take a look outside the window and decide what i should wear on that day. Today we have 18 C and the sun is shineing no rain is announced for that day so i can go by bike without my raincoat. What are you doing that sunday? So the day is already in process and one single day that sunday is a last weekend day. We have that harbor celebration that weekend and some of my colleagues went there. I was there last year but that year i do not go there. I had thake a look on that city webside to get some information about the highlights just to stay informed what is happening in my city in my interest and there is also that crafts market. An meinem freien Donnerstag, den 16.02. und Freitag, den 17.02., sowie Samstag, den 18.02. hab' ich mir überlegt zu meiner Tante nach Kaiserslautern zu fahren ( mal etwas Auszeit vom Großstadtleben in Hamburg nehmen) und ich habe mich mit ihr dazu entschlossen in die Schweiz nach Basel zu fahren. Am Donnerstag, den 16.02. bin ich in Hamburg losgefahren mit der DB [Top: erste Klasse - einwandfrei ohne Probleme ] bis Mannheim durch und dann weiter nach Kaiserslautern. Dort bin ich dann zur Praxis meiner Tante gelaufen und wir sind weiter nach Basel mit dem Auto. Am selbigen Abend sind wir noch in Basel gelandet in ihrer dortigen Wohnung wo sie zeitweilig mit ihrem Mann haust.

Aber ich konnte es einfach nicht bleiben lassen auch im Urlaub an die Arbeit zudenken, sodass ich einmal alle Bäckereien und Konditoreien abfotografieren musste, die ich gesehen hatte. Sehr beeindruckt hat mich die Confiserie und Bäckerei Schiesser. Diese wurde mir auch in meinem Stadtplan empfohlen und ich habe mich direkt auf den Weg gemacht zum Marktplatz 19 direkt an der Einkaufsstraße. Seit 1870 existierender Familienbetrieb gegenüber dem Rathaus mit dem Café im 1. Stock bekannt für die süßen Spezialitäten "Kirschstängli" und "Baseler Rolle" und "Gold Apfel" und die "Pralinés".
Mmmmm lecker schmecker Zuckerbäcker für alle die Süsses lieben❤

 Und ja ...hahahahahaha...bitte beachten : auf der linken Seite des Bildes das Mc Donalds Logo, ja Leute für alle die nichts vom Bäcker haben möchten die gehen zu Mc Donalds und holen sich den 1,00 Euro Burger. Hahahahaha ist ja gleich neben an dort. Aber ich bevorzuge dann doch lieber die Feinkost vom Bäcker { man darf und sollte ich ja ruhig mal etwas gönnen }.

Wer war auch schon mal in der Schweiz in Basel?  Was hat euch am besten gefallen an der Stadt ? Wo schmeckt euch das Essen am Besten?

Weniger beeindruckt hat mich an der Stadt, dass es erschreckend wenig Fitnessstudios gibt dort. Aber man kann dort super entlang dem Rhein joggen und Fahrrad fahren bsp. mit dem passenden Rennrad die Berge rauf und runter.
Sehr zu empfehlen.

Let's eat some #soup with Mother


Session for soup number tree on Thursday. A creamy and spicy soup for fall that : A pumkin soup with carrots an a litte coconut slices an also roasted carrots.

Please take all the ingredients from the list i made in special for you:

Working time: 20 min / Cooking / Baking time: approx. 30 minutes / Difficulty:. Normal /
 calories p. P .: not specified

Please follow the up coming advice :

1.Wash the pumpkin and cut the stalks up and down. The pumpkin in half cut and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut the pumpkin with peel into cubes.

2.Cut the carrots into slices. Peel the onion and cut into pieces. Wash the leeks and cut into rings.

3.Saute leeks and onions in a large saucepan with a little fat (just if you need some ) until the ingredients are glassy brown.
Pumpkin and carrots admit stir well and saute for 2 minutes while stirring. The water and the spices. simmer for 20 minutes with lid over medium heat.

Remove the pan from the plate and puree the soup with a blender.
add coconut milk if you like and parsley,

...stir well and bring to a boil.

Please taste it : Parsnip Soup ❄ from my mother 🐌❄



Yesterday my mother and me: we ate parsnipsoup together...#yummy Please find the recipe below:

Creamy and fine. All you need for ingredients you can catch the advices:

1. 50 g shallots finely dice. - you can also use 150 g potatoes // but just as an option
1.1. peel 600 g parsnips. - dice and set a side 100 g parsnips finely

// if you want you can now cut potatoes also cut parsnips into cubes.

2. if you need some fat melt 20g butter in a saucepan.
shallots, rough parsnip and //if you like potatoes sauté until soft.
--> fill with 1.2 l vegetable broth // if you need some cream use 250 ml whipping cream from @coop for example and bring it to a boil YUMMY ...now : Season with salt...

 Cook open for another 20 minutes ---> Puree soup and set aside with the cutting bar  :-) fine.

Now for all who need some bread please use some long streched french baguette :

3. cut 60 g baguette into small cubes. The leaves 4 stalks pluck parsley and cut into fine strips // if youl love oil please use 1 tbsp oil and heart it in a pan  [the remaining parsnips fry for 10 minutes at medium heat until they are soft]

Get 1/2 organic lemon and mix it up with parsley,

4. Soup heat, season with salt and pepper and serve with the deposit in plates. AND THAT'S IT

Mother Creation: PumkinSoup



Actually my mother made a big pumkin soup. Before she ask me what i would like to eat and i answer her that a pumkin soup would be perfect she did it. So #yummy than she also decided to roast pumkin in the oven and dear all #foodlover should i tell you what : "I love all this" --this roasted pumkins taste like #nuts for some inspiration: HERE some ADVICE how to make a #pumkinsoup

⇒ Cut the pumpkin flesh of a pumpkin (eg. Hokkaido ) into small pieces . Wash Hokkaido pumpkin previously and processed unpeeled because his skin is edible
Dice the shallots finely
⇒Sauté shallots and pumpkin flesh
⇒ briefly in a pan with some oil
⇒ add fresh ginger into fine dice
⇒ fill in abundant vegetable broth into and boil the pumpkin souplet
⇒ 15-20 minutes simmer the soup with the lid half open
⇒ Finally, puree the pumpkin soup with the cutting bar and top with salt and pepper
⇒ A few drops of pumpkin seed oil give additional flavor soup
⇒ Tasty Bite it gets if you give roasted pumpkin seeds on top --- YUMMY BIG TASTE my FRIENDS

Day "two" of Holiday in Switzerland LUGANO

Today the weather in LUGANO isn't very well ... today as i woke up the first view was out of the Window and it was raining {{{ohhhh daääähmm }}} but that should not prevent me to go out to the city for a walk an d see some nice peolpe walk through the city mall and make some great picture that i can show you later :-) [nice smile] first i went to the LAC Lugano after driving the car with my mother to the city centre [[[Oh dear the dogs were with us in the luggage space inbehind the window places in the car ]]] so as i went out of the car i took some picture in behind [see that picture] are the big mountains and the grey clouds hanging over the water ... i try to log in into the Internet LAC Public WIFI but just over my smartphone the connection was given all about the other connection via Laptop Internet was not possible ...[[[that makes my head went to stress out ]]] so i decided to move on first step : manor.ch @manor.ch manor.ch [the coffee area was full of persons and the connection to the internet was not given --- > that's why i decided to move on to the mall @coop coop.ch there was internet WIFI #bestperson #lovecoop #mycoop #coopandme #coopmymall [yes when connection is given i am so proud and happy ] I am know able to post on my comments and what i have done that morning :-)

Today shopping @manor watching porzelan from @blondamsterdam

Today i was in the City first together with my mother in Lugano one of the important City from the swiss canton Tessin. We moved to one of the biggest mall close to the water in Lugano, my mother catched there some food for making a pumkinsoup later in the evening ( the recipe will follow) so the city is very important for the culture the university an the art that is written on the city webside from Lugano ...i can still agree. Just any steps out of the park hall with my mother close to the shopping street most famous for the historical impression the : VIA NASSA i have been there with my mother in the mall manor.ch where i have seen that ultimative great porzelan services ... i was fall in love with them ... I can tell you why : First since December 2015 i am working for an bakery store in the City Hamburg  an that's why my attention goes to the stuff all is connected with food so also this two plates [see the picture below]
I do not like lemon in natural but in cake it give the taste some fruity sweetness and also the other cake with the strawberry's in it seems to be very great. The strawberry is a wildy grown fruit for it characteristic aroma it taste like : summer splash...yes and that is an reason why the cosmetic industry uses fruits like lemon or strawberry to produce lip-sticks or parfume shower gel to feel the freshness or the youngness of lovely taste.
